How can i display measurement in feet only in AutoCAD 2006?

for example, i want to display 314.640 ft., instead of displaying 314′ – 768″.

    Preferences > System Unit

    You have to set-up drawing units.
    Go to Format menu, then select units, Drawing Units dialog box will appear, then select “Architectural” >> click OK.

    Then, Go again to Format Menu, then select “Dimension Styles”, >>>click modify, then from the dialog box of Modify Dimension Style, go to “Primary Units” menu, Under Linear dimensions>>Unit Format…select “Architectural” .

    Now your dimension style can be configured as per your choice..
