How do you resize a line in autocad? I’ve been away from the program for a bit & need to resize my title block?

    You probably want the “scale” command. Type in scale (or pick the tool), select the entities, pick a base point, type the scale factor you want. You could alternatively enter the scale factor using reference points as described in this blog post:
