I am using AutoCAD LT 2007 and want to label my points with a description?

How can I label the points in AutoCAD LT 2007? I would like the point number and a description to be displayed?

  1. Zack says:

    you can use leader to do that

    type; LE (enter)

  2. Maurizio says:

    You can make a block with 3 objects:
    one point;
    one attribute point number;
    one attribute description
    Attribute is a editable text (command ATTRIB) for block

    When INSERT the block, you can modify default value for attribute.
    Use DDATTE for change point number and description after block inserted
