What AutoCAD command do I use to make copies of an item?

But they have to be the same distance apart (16″)
I mean theres some kind of command other than copy and paste.

  1. how3 says:

i believe you can just select all the items you want to copy and hit ctrl+c and past them (ctrl+v) as far as being 16″ apart you can sketch a line that is 16″ long and object snap into it when you past the copied item

i may be off its been a while since iv used autocad at work (we switched to solid works)

Use “Array”, it will make multiple coppies at distant invervals
